I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about my professional journey and the values that guide me both in my career and in my personal life.

With over 20 years as a flight attendant, I have developed a deep commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and effective communication, skills that have proven invaluable throughout my career. Following my time in the skies, I took on the role of District Manager for a fast food chain, where I honed my leadership abilities and learned how to manage teams effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

For the past six years, I have dedicated myself to the dispatch logistics field. This role has allowed me to combine my love for organization with my desire to assist others. I take pride in ensuring that operations run smoothly, making a positive impact on both clients and partners.

Additionally, my involvement in funeral home services has given me a unique perspective on the importance of compassion and support during life's most challenging moments. This aspect of my work reinforces my belief in the significance of empathy and service to others.

Beyond my professional achievements, my family is my greatest joy. I am a proud father of three wonderful children, and we currently reside in Orlando, Florida. Family values are at the core of who I am, and I cherish every moment spent with my loved ones. I am a man of faith, which guides my decisions and strengthens my resolve in both my personal and professional life.

Traveling and exploring new places is another passion of mine. It enriches my perspective and fuels my desire to provide the best service possible in every aspect of my work.

Bringing a wealth of experience in business communication. Since 2013, he has utilized his expertise to support the University of Central Florida (UCF) in various capacities. Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Graphic Design, from UCF.

A passionate advocate for education and community engagement, Samuel actively mentors first-generation college students and minority groups from low socioeconomic backgrounds. In addition to his work at UCF, he manages several entrepreneurial ventures dedicated to helping individuals and organizations develop effective communication strategies for personal and professional growth.

In his role as Manager of Dispatchers, he leads a talented team, fostering collaboration and innovation to meet our clients' needs effectively.
